A big thank you for arranging another fabulous course. I had a wonderful weekend, learning so much and leaving with a wonderful cake something I did not think would be possible at the start. Eddie is truly an amazing man, with the patience of a saint and an abundance of energy that would put a lot of people to shame. I left feeling like I'd known him forever. I wanted to thank you for letting us share your home for the 2 day course with Eddie. Your venue, setting, hospitality, and not forgetting the course content with the amazing Eddie Spence was more than I imagined I would get from the weekend's tuition. I feel much more confident now in attempting royal icing instead of having just 'looked' at the piping tips I had for the past 2 years. I will definitely be back to more off your courses to the future!
